Few things you can do every day, to be a Lil Happier
No matter what we say!
We all are running after just one thing.
And that is — Happiness.
You may think that you are up to something else.
Some may say that “I only care about this or that, but not Happiness”
But if you look into it, you will find that at the end of the day, all you want from “that” thing, is happiness.
We chase Happiness.
It is our ultimate goal.
So, if we can be a little happier every day by doing a few simple things, then I believe nothing can beat that.
That’s what we will discuss today.
Doing a few simple things every day to be a little happier on a daily basis.
Being a little more lively.
Let's start with the simplest
Slow down
This is what I have personally felt.
I generally get anxious and pretty much in a bad mental state, when I feel that it is all out of control.
We, humans, are mostly control freaks.
We want control of our own lives or rather we like to feel that way.
The same goes for me.
So, whenever I feel things are going out of control. It breaks my mental peace.
That is the exact time period, when I consciously decide to slow down.
To be calm, and to realize that it is okay.
Many things are not in our control but few are. and that is our action.
And like a child, the moment you give your brain hope, it calms down automatically.
It realizes that we can do something. We have something in control.
I don’t exactly know the proper reason behind this, but it does the job.
Bring me out of the pre-depression.
Thus making me a bit happier.
Take care of your health
My friend, you don’t have to maintain a 10% body fat, lean muscle, and everything in between to feel good about yourself.
Let me tell you, it is very little that can keep you healthy.
If you don’t like to work out, don’t.
Don’t.
Rather do some kind of activity you like.
Maybe you like playing tennis.
Do it mate!
As long as you are moving and your body is going through a motion. You are good to go.
Being healthy is as simple as
A) Eating clean
B) Being somewhat Active
C) And getting the required sleep
That’s all.
Now you might say, eating well is not for you.
Agreed.
You like to eat out — Do it.
But from my experience, I can say, that a lot of tasty foods can actually be healthy.
Get your taste right, just change the dish to have something a little healthier, or something which is a little bad for your health.
2nd, I can give you the easiest way out.
Go for a walk.
I can give you on paper, it works like therapy.
Just get out and walk.
It is going to change your life.
And lastly, try to maintain a sleeping schedule.
Go to bed and get up relatively at a fixed time. Give or take.
This is to make a schedule for the body, thus making it a habit. A good habit.
Look these are simple things and are achievable quite smoothly.
But these will bring some drastic changes to your life.
You will be for sure a bit full of life.
Bonus: Be kind to others. Without even thinking of getting anything in return. Just be good. That world is already in pain, try being the good one.
